Details: We are a smallholding venture established to protect rare breed pigs. If you love great food and care where it comes from we already have a lot in common. We sell pork in freezer packs when it is available—mostly we run a waiting list and contact customers when their meat is ready. Everything will be butchered to your specifications (we are happy to help with this) and packed ready to go into your freezer. Delicious sausages can also be ordered in quantities from 5lbs - 70lbs. You will find there is more covering than normal pork but the flavour contained within this is rendered down into the meat when cooking to give a flavour that is unsurpassed.
